Natural toxins include mold toxins (Aflatoxin, patulin, deoxynivalenol, etc.), which are common in grains, dried fruits, and spices, alkaloids found in plants, and marine toxins such as shellfish and fish toxins. Consuming contaminated food can cause adverse effects on the human body. HPLC and LC-MS are used for these measurements, and simultaneous screening analysis of multiple natural poisons is also performed.
