UV-1900i
UV-VIS Spectrophotometer
The Double-beam UV-Vis spectrophotometer offers excellent performance, data compliance, and intuitive operability
The UV-1900i boasts a high resolution of 1 nm, the lowest level of stray light and noise in its class, as well as an ultra-fast scan function allowing for data acquisition at 29,000 nm/min. It also features a multi-language interface that is easy to use while providing a diversity of measurement modes such as photometric, spectrum, quantitation, kinetics, time-course, and bio-methods. The UV-1900i is capable of high-accuracy quantitative analysis, detection of low-concentration components, and can perform analysis compliant with Pharmacopeia (JP, USP, and EP). The standard LabSolutions UV-Vis control software provides labor-saving measurements and allows for efficient analysis and integrated data management.

Spectrum measurement with UV-1900i standalone operation
This video demonstrate a spectrum measurement using UV-1900i standalone operation. You can also see the how survey scan speed of UV-1900i, which is one of the key features of the instrument being used for spectrum measurement.
UV-Vis spectroscopy is an analytical technique that measures light absorption of a sample across the ultraviolet and visible range of the electromagnetic spectrum.
This can be done using an instrument known as a spectrophotometer, such as the UV 1900i, which provides the data in the form of an absorption spectrum.
