Shimadzu (Asia Pacific) announced the launch of Shimadzu Academy, which aims to deliver a high-quality customer experience (CX) through a standardized instrument training program. As a knowledge-creating company, this latest initiative will provide customers with top-notch training solutions and help to skill up the trainers' competency for improved training quality across the Asia Pacific region. This will ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for customers, thereby taking CX to the next level which will elevate Shimadzu's brand value.
As of 1 April 2023, Shimadzu Academy has been launched across the Asia Pacific region – starting from Singapore (HQ), followed by India, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Bangladesh, to ensure consistent training and dedicated customer support. The opening of the Shimadzu Academy is scheduled to launch in 7 more countries by 2024.
